Project: Curb Appeal
The focal point of this project is the revitalization of the front porch, a key architectural feature that sets the tone for the entire residence. We have carefully curated a collection of trim pieces that not only complement the existing design but also elevate the overall aesthetic appeal. Every element has been thoughtfully chosen to enhance the Craftsman charm.

In addition to the porch makeover, our team has undertaken a comprehensive overhaul of the privacy fence surrounding the property. The fence, now a harmonious extension of the Craftsman style, provides not only security and privacy but also contributes to the overall visual cohesiveness of the exterior.

Project: Kitchen
This house did not have a kitchen. It was designed with a butler's pantry (shown in Project: Butler's Pantry to Half Bath). The challenge was to seamlessly integrate modern appliances and conveniences while preserving and enhancing the character of the house.

The custom cabinets, meticulously designed to optimize storage and accessibility, pay homage to the timeless elegance of the house. Their intricate details and fine craftsmanship echo the historic context while accommodating modern kitchen essentials seamlessly. The selection of a quartz countertop adds a touch of opulence, providing a durable and visually striking surface that is both practical and aesthetically pleasing.

Project: Butler's Pantry to Half Bath
The focal point of this renovation is the meticulous incorporation of floor-to-ceiling Italian subway-style tiles and the introduction of natural slate floors, creating a serene and sophisticated space.
The floor-to-ceiling tiles not only evoke a sense of luxury but also add an illusion of height, transforming this intimate space into a visually stunning retreat. Beneath, the natural slate floors ground the space with earthy warmth and textural interest. The durable and inherently beautiful slate tiles not only contribute to the bathroom's aesthetics but also ensure a practical and low-maintenance flooring solution.
The design of this half bathroom is a careful dance between modern luxury and timeless charm. Every element, from the fixtures to the choice of materials, has been thoughtfully curated to transform the once-utilitarian butler's pantry into a stylish sanctuary.

Project: Full Bath Reno
We have meticulously renovated an outdated bathroom, bidding farewell to the vintage charm of a large clawfoot tub. In its place emerges a contemporary oasis, distinguished by floor-to-ceiling rock tiles and a spacious, modern shower. Our approach seamlessly blends the heritage of the house with the sleek aesthetics of today.
Our design ethos remained rooted in the period of the house. The carefully chosen vanity pays homage to the home's heritage while seamlessly incorporating modern elements. This delicate balance ensures that the bathroom retains a sense of continuity and cohesion, preserving the overall character of the residence.
